1. Go to www.tinypic.com
2. Click choose file
3. Click resize
4. Choose either message board or for a smaller pic choose website/email
5. Click green button "upload now"
6. Wait a few seconds for it to upload or answer a spam question it gives
7. Under "share this image" Copy the second one which starts with
